Architectural Review Committee Edit page

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) controls the design and appearance of all buildings in the community. ARC approves or disapproves any requested changes to Lan Avon houses to maintain a unifying aesthetic throughout our small neighborhood through the use of consistent materials and architectural features and maintains a list of acceptable exterior materials and colors. In addition, the committee is charged with conducting yearly exterior inspections to make sure that all homes in Lan Avon appear well-maintained.
