Lan Avon is a planned community of single-family homes, situated south of Lewisburg, PA on a hill overlooking the Susquehanna River.  All its homeowners are members of the Lan Avon Homeowners’ Association which, primarily through its Board of Directors, regulates and manages the community's affairs and provides services to its residents under the provisions of its Covenants and By-Laws.

If you are a new resident, we recommend that you register on the website using the form here. Our admins will then approve your registration and you can access residents-only materials such as the Members Directory, Lan Avon Calendar and so on, and receive email notices.
